As members of the United Appliance Servicers Association, our technicians participate in continual training every year at the Annual Service Training Institute. Here, we receive technical training from the top manufacturers and experts in the industry. General Policy and Conditions of Service

At Dependable Repair Services, we’re delighted to be a family-owned firm that puts our clients first. There are many options for appliance repair in Atlanta. From the initial contact with our courteous customer care representatives to the final wrap-up with our skilled experts, we make sure to go above and beyond for you every step of the way.

Please take a moment to review our General Policy and Conditions of Service regarding your agreed-upon repairs with Dependable Repair Services.

Special Orders
Special orders contain merchandise or parts that are not held in regular stock and are ordered at the customer’s request for their appliance repair. As such, special orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances once you, the customer, agree to the placement of said order.

The customer must pay the balance in full of the special order part upon final installation by our technicians. Failure to pay the balance in full shall not relieve the customer of their obligation to pay the entire amount owed for such merchandise.

Parts Return and Restocking
A 25% restocking fee will apply for returned parts or merchandise that Dependable Repair Services keeps in standard stock. A product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned.

Shipping & Handling
Your items will be delivered as soon as feasible from the date of purchase. If you place a special order, keep in mind that delivery may take longer. Credit card authorization and verification must be completed before processing and shipment of your order may begin.

You will receive a notification from our service department once the item has been received at our warehouse.

Shipping and handling expenses are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning a part or merchandise.

A Note About Tipping:
While our technicians appreciate tips, customers are not required or compelled to provide one. Any tip given by the customer is done of their own free will and is non-refundable.

Disputes, Arbitration and Chargebacks:

Any dispute, claim, or grievance arising from or relating to the interpretation or application of this agreement shall be submitted to arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Labor Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. The parties further agree to accept the arbitrator’s award as final and binding on them.

If a dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure. 

For repairs that require special orders and a return visit for installation:
By proceeding with this partial payment for your appliance service and special order part, you agree to schedule a future appointment with Dependable Repair Service once you receive notification that your special order part or item has arrived. You further agree to complete the final payment for the special ordered part(s) and repair once the installation and repair are performed.

For repairs that are completed in full:
By proceeding with this payment, you agree that the work on your appliance has been completed to your satisfaction.
